Karen
Boss lady, likes to keep things nice and tidy. Swears like a trooper, buys Pizza for the team from time to time. Volunteered to do some business planning years ago, that morphed into Company Director and now we can’t get rid of her.
Was supposed to be retired 10 years ago but still runs the place because she likes the smell of wood.
Andy
Andy
Five Star Andy is our Operations Manager and he keeps everything running smoothly on a day to day basis. Always getting 5 star Google reviews and boy does he let us know about it.
Goes on and on and on and on about Arsenal. Likes a double Snickers of an afternoon and he knows what our customers like.
Dan
Dan
Dan is our Senior Driver, making sure all of our deliveries and collections get done every day. Keeps the company’s fleet spic and span.
Can sniff out where all the good wood is hiding on the construction sites to bring back to the yard. Always got a jar of pickled Jalepenos and a bottle of hot sauce on him to spice things up.

Steve
Steve drives our vans to deliver and collect from our customers. Used to volunteer here but we liked him so much we gave him a proper job.
Loves a good old muddy construction site. Buys his cheese-topped rolls for his packed lunches in Asda on a Saturday.
Fynn
Fynn
Fynn is our wood recycling operative and works in all areas of the business. He can honestly turn his hand to anything. Got a full-time position here after coming to us on the Government’s Kick-Start Scheme.
Lean as a whippet. Hard core skateboarder and has lots of shiny trophies for competition gun shooting.
